Ordering a Custom Scrapbook

Step One: Fill Out An Order Form

Contact us by sending an order form to let us know what project you are interested in and to request our free consultation. DO NOT SEND PHOTOS UNTIL AFTER THE CONSULTATION.

Step Two: Consultation

The consultation could take 20-30 minutes, but many questions may be answered and lots of communication can be done by email. This is a very important part of being able to provide you with the finished product that you had in mind.

Step Three: Prepare Photos

This is the second most important part of the ordering process. The better you organize your photos the quicker the project! You have two options: sending your photos on CD or sending the double print of your actual photos.

If you send your photos on CD:

  • Save each photo with a number. Then add the names, places, and dates regarding each photo by the corresponding number on the inventory sheet provided in the contract. If you have a preference, group photos into pages by using the left hand column of the page to draw brackets showing which photos go on the same page.

If you send photos:

  • Organize your photos and memorabilia for each page in numbered envelopes. This will determine the order in which your photos are placed in the album.
  • To identify people, places, and/or dates please use a Post-It Note on the back of the photo. Do not write on the back of the photos.
  • Using the photo inventory sheet provided in the contract, please provide any captions for your photos or information about the photos you would like to have on each page by adding that to the inventory sheet beside the page number.

Step Four: Shipping and Payment

Box your photos and memorabilia. We recommend mailing your package via the US Postal Service, First Class and insured for at least $200; or you could use UPS.

A minimum of 50% is due at the time the pictures are received in order to begin the project. (This covers our initial materials and project costs.) Final payment is due when the project is finished. Payments can be made via PayPal (we do not accept checks).
